Why am I not getting leads?
For pros
A lead only reaches you when a customer picks your business (or an opportunity connects you), so we never promise a number of leads. These are the things on your side that stop leads completely.
Not approved yet: Home says Not live yet, and the Leads tab says new requests start once your business is approved. A service in a trade that is not approved yet shows Waiting for approval and brings no leads until it is.
Your settings: the service is switched off, you have no ZIP codes or remote states set, or your most-you-pay limit for that service is below the lead price. We never send a lead priced above your limit. Also check that Pause new leads in Settings is off.
Money and checks: a declined card pauses new leads until you save a working card, and leads also pause when the unpaid balance reaches the limit shown in Billing. A requirement notice that goes overdue pauses new leads, and a lapsed license or insurance means you are not active until it is current again.
Leads you already have stay in the Leads tab in every case.
