Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Summary
- We collect what we need to match you with pros and run the marketplace.
- Your contact details go only to the pros you choose, only the way you choose, and pros may not use them for marketing.
- We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use outside advertising trackers.
- You can see, correct or delete your information.
1. Who we are
Clearlake Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company, doing business as infinibell ("we") runs infinibell (the "Platform"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. It applies to customers, pros and visitors.
2. What we collect
From customers:
- Account: email address, and the name provided if you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Request: the service, your ZIP code or state, your description and answers to questions about the job, how you want to be contacted, your name, and the phone number and email you give.
- Your choices of pros, your ratings and comments, messages in the app, support tickets, and rewards and invite activity.
From pros:
- Business details: legal and trade name, owner name, Washington contractor registration number, UBI, trade license details, bond and insurance details, services, service area, profile text, logo and work photos.
- Results of our checks with state records (for example L&I), and, only with separate written authorization, background screening results.
- Lead activity, outcomes, credit requests, charges and payments, messages, API keys (stored only in scrambled form) and webhook settings.
Automatically, from everyone:
- Pages visited, steps taken in the request form, a random visitor identifier stored in your browser (so we count each visitor once, not each visit), approximate time, browser and device type, and the referral or invite code in a link you followed. We use these on our own systems. On our public web pages (not in the app, and not on account, sign-in or admin pages) we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the pages: clicks, scrolling and page layout, through cookies and session replays. Clarity is set to mask everything typed, so it does not record what you enter in forms. Microsoft's privacy statement covers its use of this data. We skip Clarity when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting providers for security, which may include IP address.
We do not ask for health information in requests. Please do not include health details in job descriptions.
3. How we use it
- To create and secure accounts.
- To show you pros, send your request to the pros you choose, and let you and pros message each other.
- To check pros' registrations, licenses, bonds and insurance, and keep listings accurate.
- To rank pros by real performance (response time, follow-through, hire rate and ratings).
- To bill pros, handle credits, and keep accounting records.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, enforce our terms and keep the Platform safe.
- To run the rewards and invite programs.
- To provide support and send service messages (not marketing) about your request or account.
- To improve the Platform, using aggregated information where possible.
We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.
4. How we share it
- With the pros you choose: your request details, and your contact details only by the method you chose (call and text: name, phone and any email; email: name and email; in-app messages: name only), after they accept or when a shared request is sent. If you turn on the 3-day option, also with the other verified pros it is sent to.
- Pros may not use your information for anything but your request, may not sell it, and may not add it to marketing lists.
- With a pro's own business software (for example their CRM), if that pro connects it through our API: only that pro's leads, with the same contact limits.
- With service providers that run the Platform for us, under contracts that limit their use: hosting and database (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), website usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity), and, when used, payment processing and background screening companies.
- With authorities when required by law, and to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
- In a merger, sale or reorganization, under this policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in information are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
5. Public information
A pro's business name, profile, services, registration number, check dates, ratings and approved review comments are shown publicly. Reviews are shown without the customer's name. Customer contact details are never public.
6. How long we keep it
- Request contact details: 180 days after the request, then deleted, unless needed longer for an open dispute, billing or the law.
- Accounts: while open, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after closing, except records we must keep.
- Charges, payments, credits, check results and audit records: as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.
- Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies anyone may be kept.
7. Your choices and rights
- See and update your details in My account.
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account or a request by writing to hello@infinibell.com or opening a ticket in Help. We will verify the request and answer within 45 days. If we deny it, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond within 45 days.
- Stop texts by replying STOP. Turn off rewards or invites by contacting us.
- We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as a request not to sell or share, although we do neither.
- Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and others) have these rights under their state law, and we provide them to all users. If you are a California resident, you can also use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
- Washington does not have a comprehensive consumer privacy law as of this policy's date. We do not collect consumer health data covered by the Washington My Health My Data Act.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Customer contact details are kept in a restricted area that only our server functions can read. API keys are stored only as scrambled values. Access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach as the law requires.
9. Children
The Platform is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where data is processed
Data is stored and processed in the United States.
11. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the Platform before they take effect.
