How to get reviews that count
Ten rated jobs unlocks a third of your score. Ask every time.

- Customers pick you by name
- You set your lead limits
When to ask
The ask
- At the end of the visit, while they are happy and you are still there.
- Say it plainly: "Reviews are how I get the next job. Would you leave one? It takes a minute."
- Send the review link the same day, in the channel they already use with you.
- Ask once more three days later if nothing came. Then stop.
What we do with reviews
Reviews on this site come only from customers who hired you through it, so every one is a verified job. Your rating is weighted toward recent work, so a rough month fades as you do better work after it.
Handling a bad one
Fix what you can with the customer directly, then do better work on the next jobs. Your rating weighs recent work most, so one rough job fades. If you think a review breaks our rules, ask Help to look at it.
Questions
Can I ask customers from outside this site?
Reviews here are tied to jobs booked here. For outside customers, use your Google profile; it is still the one most people check.
