How leads work here

The customer picks you. That changes everything about the lead.

  • Free to join, no contracts
  • Customers pick you by name
  • You set your lead limits

What a lead is on this site

A customer describes a job, enters a ZIP, sees the pros who serve it, and picks up to three by name. You get a request when the customer picked your business, or when none of the pros they picked answered and they asked to hear from other pros. Nobody is blasted to twenty companies.

If the customer picks one pro, that lead is exclusive. If they pick two or three, it is shared with the others they chose, and the price is lower.

What you pay for

  • Nothing to join, nothing monthly, no contract.
  • Every lead is charged only when you accept it. Exclusive, shared or related, you see the job and the price first and can decline at no charge.
  • You set a price limit per service. A lead never costs more than your limit.
  • Pause new leads any time, and a balance limit stops new leads while charges are unpaid.
  • Credit requests: within 48 hours of a paid lead, with a reason. A person decides, not a form.

What the customer sees

Your name, your verified status, your rating once you have one, and how fast you usually respond. They told us how they want to be contacted. Use that channel first.

Questions

Can I pick which services and ZIPs I get leads for?

Yes. You choose exact services and ZIP codes in your profile and can change them any time.

What if I cannot take a job right now?

Pause your account in one switch. Paused pros are not shown, so no leads and no charges.
