What if a license or insurance requirement changes?

When the requirements for one of your services change, a notice appears in your portal asking you to add or confirm what is needed.
Open Verification and complete the item listed, such as a license, insurance or a background check. Items are marked as done once received.
If a credential has lapsed, update it as soon as possible so your profile and leads stay on.
