How am I charged for leads?
For pros
You pay only for leads you accept, at the price shown on the lead. Declining is free.
Each accepted lead adds to your balance on the Billing tab. Your card is charged when the balance reaches the amount shown in Billing, and every Sunday for whatever is left.
Sales tax is added to each charge based on your billing address when your state taxes lead services. An approved credit comes off your next charge, or goes back to your card on Sunday.
If a charge fails, new leads pause until your card works. Leads also pause if the unpaid limit shown in Billing is reached.
