No surprise charges
What you pay for on infinibell, and the things we will never do to your bill.
What you pay for
- A lead you accept. Every lead shows its price before you decide, and declining is free.
- Leads on services where you turned on auto-accept. Auto-accept starts off. You switch it on one service at a time, and you can switch it off any time.
- Nothing else. Joining is free, with no monthly fee and no contract. Leads are free during the current pilot.
What we never do
- Charge you for a lead you did not accept.
- Charge more for a lead than the price limit you set.
- Send you paid leads outside the services, area and price limit you chose.
- Turn on anything that costs money for you. Extras start off, and you are the one who switches them on.
- Make you ask for a refund to undo a charge you never chose.
- Call you to sell you more.
If a lead is bad
Ask for a credit within 48 hours if the customer cannot be reached or the lead is not a real job. We check it and tell you what we decided.
Questions to ask any lead site
- Can I be charged past the limit I set?
- Are paid extras turned on for me unless I find the switch?
- Do I have to decline before I reply to get my money back?
- Can I set the most I will pay for one lead, and is that a hard limit?
- Am I charged when the lead arrives, or only when I accept it?
