What do the badges on my profile mean?
For pros
Badges appear on your public page and are earned or checked, not chosen. They include: Founding pro, New on this site (first 90 days), Highly rated (4.8 or better from 25 or more reviews), License checked, Business reviewed, Insured, Bonded, Owner background checked, Replies in a number of minutes, hires through infinibell and years in business.
License checked means we confirmed your license. Business reviewed means our team looked over your business details. Insured means we checked an insurance certificate you sent. Owner background checked means the owner completed the optional check.
You cannot add a badge by editing your profile. Complete the matching step in Verification, and the badge shows once it is confirmed.
