What do my request statuses mean?
For customers
On each request the top status is In review while we check it, then Sent to a number of pros, or a count of Connected and waiting pros.
Connected means a pro accepted and you can message. Waiting for the pro means they have not answered. Passed means the pro said no. Not available means the pro could not take it.
Some requests are held for a quick check before they go out, and we tell you. If no pros are found, you see We are looking for a pro near you.
