When does my rating show on my profile?
For pros
Your star rating shows on your profile only after you have 10 verified jobs. Before that, customers see that you are new.
Customers are asked to rate you about 2 days after you accept their request, or through an emailed link. A rating earns the customer rewards points.
Review comments are checked before they appear. A new comment shows as pending until approved.
