How long does approval take?
For pros
You are listed and can receive leads only after your business is approved. You send it for review from the Verification tab.
Washington contractor trades: tap Check my records and send for review. We compare your license, bond and insurance with Washington L&I records. If everything matches you can be verified right away. If our team needs to look at more, the screen says we will email you when it is done, usually within one business day.
Other states and licensed professions: our team confirms your license and insurance with your state's licensing authority. The screen says this is usually 1 to 2 business days after you send your details.
Services that need no state license: our team reviews your business before you are listed.
If something is missing, Verification shows a note saying what to fix. Correct it and send again. The status badge reads Not started, In review, Verified, Needs update or Not active.
