- Program. infinibell sends text messages about service requests: confirmations, a pro's reply or new message, reminders to rate a pro, and account or security codes. Pros receive texts about new leads, messages and their account. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
- Consent. You agree to receive these texts at the mobile number you give when you send a request with call-and-text contact turned on, or when a pro turns on text alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use the Platform with in-app messages only.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity, usually a few messages per request.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stop. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to stop texts. You will receive one message confirming you are opted out. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP or contact hello@infinibell.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number. You confirm you are the subscriber of the number or have the subscriber's permission, and you will tell us if you change or give up the number.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and text opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
- Pros texting customers. Picking or approving a pro for a request is consent to be texted by that pro about that request only. It does not cover any pro or business you did not pick, and pros may not share your number. When a pro texts a customer, the pro is responsible for following texting laws, including the Washington Commercial Electronic Mail Act, and must stop when the customer replies STOP. If anyone you did not pick texts you about your request, tell us at hello@infinibell.com.
- Changes. We may change this program and these terms with notice. Disputes are handled under the Terms of Use.
