Statuses

Status	Meaning
`delivered`	Sent to you. Starting status.
`contacted`	You reached the customer.
`unreachable`	You tried and could not reach them.
`appointment`	An estimate or job visit is scheduled.
`hired`	The customer hired you.
`job_done`	The job is finished.
`not_hired`	The customer went another way, or you passed.

Anything else returns 409. A lead you declined cannot be updated.
