Connect ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan accepts outside leads mainly through its Marketplace partner program (leads land in Calls, then Bookings, where your team reviews and accepts them). We have not joined that program yet.

What works today

  • Zapier or Make into your booking inbox: catch our lead.accepted webhook and send it where your team books from: an email to your bookings address, or your own ServiceTitan API app (below). Include our lead id so status can come back.
  • Your own ServiceTitan API app (for developers): ServiceTitan's API uses OAuth 2.0 client credentials plus an App Key on every call, with a separate Integration (test) environment. Your developer creates an app in ServiceTitan's developer portal, you allow it under Settings, Integrations, API Application Access, and it can create bookings from our webhook and read job status to PATCH back to us.
  • Status back: map booking accepted or job booked to hired, job completed to job_done, booking dismissed to not_hired.
