Connect with Make

  1. In a scenario, add Webhooks, Custom webhook, and copy its address into our Settings webhook field. Tap Send a test event so Make learns the data structure.
  2. Add a Filter on event (for example lead.accepted).
  3. Add your modules (CRM, Sheets, email).
  4. To send status back, add HTTP, Make a request: method PATCH, URL https://zqawbbylldymdfzineqq.supabase.co/functions/v1/pro-api/v1/leads/{{lead.id}}, headers Authorization: Bearer lmk_your_key and Content-Type: application/json, body {"status":"hired"}.
  5. Optional backup: a scheduled scenario with HTTP, Make a request GET .../v1/leads?since=..., storing next_since in a data store.

Make answers 200 Accepted when the hook queues the event. If a webhook is not attached to any scenario for 5 days, Make answers 410 Gone; we then turn your webhook off and show why in Settings. Make limits each webhook to about 300 requests per 10 seconds, far above what we send.
