  • Direct connections in Integrations: paste a key once and every accepted lead goes into Housecall Pro, Workiz, JobNimbus, HubSpot or HighLevel within a minute, with retries for about a day. The CRM's id is saved on the lead in external_ids. See more software for every other CRM.
  • Public profile adds business facts, hours, payment methods, FAQs, work photos, response time and a rating breakdown.
  • Lead cards in the app show lead ID, customer ID and your software's ids, with job total, paid amount and private note boxes that write the same fields as the API. Business ID in Settings.

  • Everything in the app is now in the API: accept and decline, messages (read and send), status with job_total_cents, paid_cents, reason and note, external_ids, follow-up dates, timeline, customers, lookup by phone, email, external id or customer id, charges, credits and credit requests, reviews, business settings (pause, ZIP codes, highest lead price), metrics.
  • Status names from other software are accepted and mapped (scheduled, completed, invoice_paid, customer_cancel...).
  • Lists: since now returns oldest change first with next_cursor paging, so no change is skipped when more than 100 leads changed. Without since the list is still newest first.
  • Lead object adds accepted_at, declined_at, exclusive, related, repeat_customer, customer_id, can_message, unread_messages, charged_cents, external_ids, note, job_total_cents, paid_cents.
  • Scopes (12, all grantable). Read-only keys now read everything.
  • Idempotency-Key on every write. Rate-limit headers on every response, Retry-After on 429. Errors carry a code.
  • Webhooks: new events for messages, charges, credits, reviews and pause/resume; body adds type, api_version, business_id, sequence and the related object; Api-Timestamp and Api-Signature headers; retries for about 3 days, then off with an email; delivery log, redeliver and replay.
  • Partner apps: OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, sandbox and verified access, app webhooks, connected-apps list for pros.

  • Leads API v1: list with since, get one, update status. Webhooks for leads. Declined leads appear with declined: true. Lead object adds credit.
