Dog walking questions
Should I give the walker a key?
Many walkers need entry to the home. Share the entry method, alarm details and where leashes and bags are kept, and ask how the key is stored securely.
Does it cost anything to request a pro?
No. Requests are free for customers, with no obligation to hire.
Who sees my request?
Only the pros you choose, plus our review team. Pros get your contact details only for this job.
Are the pros guaranteed to be licensed and insured?
No. We screen pros when they join and recheck some records on a schedule, but screening relies on public records and on what pros tell us, and it can miss things. Check the license and insurance yourself before work starts.
What if no pro is listed for my ZIP yet?
Send the request anyway. We hold it and match you when a pro who serves your ZIP joins.
